The biodiversity trail
Presentation
The Biodiversity Trail invites you to escape to the heart of the Grande Champagne region for a walking tour, where you will have the chance to learn more about our know-how and environmental practices.
Preserving the ecosystem has always been at the heart of Maison Boinaud.
We live on the very land we cultivate. We treat it with respect because we know the healthier the land, the more fertile it will be. Maison Boinaud has always been a pioneer in virtuous management of the estate, achieved through sustainable and responsible winegrowing practices. Visitors will discover what makes us authentic and the passion that drives us in the production of high-end spirits.
