Presentation

Sabine and Bertrand have been producing Cognac since 1994, and now know every inch of their land in Grande Champagne.

Here, they tend their vines and pick their grapes sustainably, master the complex art of wood-fire distillation and carefully blend their different brandies… all to music!

Now you can come and share their passion for Cognac, and the combination of ancient arts and contemporary techniques.

This is the opportunity for a real and authentic experience in Cognac.

On the agenda

  • Spend some time with Sabine, as she talks all about the fascinating wood-fired distillation process and the secrets of ageing Cognac in the cellars;
  • She’ll talk about the terroir and the need for patience and common sense, telling the story of Cognac and their own unusual back-story;
  • Lastly, you’ll put your senses to good use in a workshop where you can discover the various aromas in a variety of brandies, pairing them with chocolates selected by an artisan working in the region.
