This geo-sensory journey invites you to discover the terroir through your five senses: observing the landscapes, touching natural elements, listening to the sounds of the environment, breathing in the aromas of the cellar, and tasting the estate’s products.

The experience begins at the foot of the cliff, where you connect with the site through a tactile, visual, and auditory immersion. It continues with a breathtaking panoramic view over the estuary and its iconic fishing huts (“carrelets”), followed by a walk through a biodynamically cultivated vineyard. You will then explore a contemporary cellar where vintage cognacs are aged, awakening your sense of smell, before ending with a tasting that completes this sensory journey.
