The house comprises on the ground floor:
– A living room with a kitchen opening onto the dining room and a separate toilet with washbasin.
– A large lounge with a 5-seater sofa, a chaise longue, a club armchair, a fireplace and a connected TV, all of which can be accessed directly from the terrace via 2 large sliding patio doors.
– A small bedroom/office with a sofa bed (with a real mattress), television and cupboards,
– A master suite with a 180200 bed, a dressing room, a chest of drawers and a connected television; its bathroom comprises two showers, a bath and a double washbasin; separate WC.
The whole of this part of the house is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

First floor:
– Bedroom 1
1 double bed (160/200), dressing room, television, private bathroom with shower and double washbasin.
– Bedroom 2
1 double bed (160/200), dressing room, television and bathroom with shower and washbasin adjoining the third bedroom.
– Bedroom 3
2 single beds (80/200) that can be twinned, chest of drawers and television
Separate WC

Outside:
A large terrace equipped with a table for 14 people, 4 deckchairs, a small lounge in the pool house, a gas barbecue.
A heated swimming pool (8m x 3.5 m – 1.50 m deep), equipped with a counter-current system and enclosed by an electric curtain.
2 cars can be parked in the private courtyard, as well as bicycles.
