The Villa Ré offers you charm and intimacy, it is located between the beach of the “conche”, one of the most beautiful beaches of the island (at 600 M) and the “côte sauvage” (at 500 M) in the sector of Gilieux, away from the traffic lanes (in a private pavilion area).
Each of the three bedrooms opens onto a terrace. There are 2 terraces, one on the east facing entrance courtyard and the other on the west facing garden. The garden and the entrance courtyard are hidden from view (walled in / quickset hedges).
The first bathroom (shower, WC, washbasin) is adjacent to the master suite. The second bathroom (shower, bath, washbasin) is located between the 2 other bedrooms.
The kitchen and the living room are spacious, the living room opens onto a glass roof and a large wooden terrace.
