It is located in a very quiet and traffic-free subdivision in the commune of Yves, 20 minutes from La Rochelle.
The house has a large living room with kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom with Italian shower – separate toilet, a large terrace with dining area and an accessible garage.

– Room 1 ” Oléron la Lumineuse ” : queen-size bed (160×200) ;
– Room 2 ” Ré la Blanche ” : queen-size bed (160×200) ;
– Room 3 ” Aix la Confidentielle ” : 2 single beds (90×200) that can be made into a single bed (180).
>> Each room has fitted cupboards and bed linen provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, a convection oven, a dishwasher (shelves included), a Nespresso coffee machine (pods included), a kettle and a toaster.
Washing machine with dryer (10kg) available in the apartment.
