Campagne Océan Gîte 4**** is located on our estate, which also offers bed and breakfast accommodation.

Located close to the coastal town of La Rochelle, Campagne Océan Le Gite 4 ****is an outbuilding of our Charentais guest house that welcomes you just outside the village of Montroy, an ideal place to combine comfort, calm and relaxation.
Anne, your host, has transformed this former outbuilding into a welcoming seaside gite. She has perfectly blended the building’s age with modernity, comfort and decoration. You’ll find paintings by local artists, raku sculptures and pictures by a local photographer.
You’ll enjoy this outbuilding and its exteriors, with a landscaped courtyard and your own parking space at the front of the house.
Anne loves to share her passion for good wine and good food. She’ll be happy to help you book restaurants and choose activities and outings in and around La Rochelle.
The single-storey Gite is 70m² in size, with a 14m² bedroom with a 160×200 bed, a 12m² bedroom with 2 90×200 beds, a 25m² living room, and a laundry room with a 90×160 walk-in shower. The outside terrace is 35m².
There are no optional extras, everything is included, you just take your suitcases.
