Presentation
The Félix Gaillard agricultural high school in Salles de Barbezieux has a vineyard, a walnut grove and an apiary. The students and their teachers work in organic agriculture on the HVE (High Environmental Value) certified farm.
On the agenda
On site you’ll find Cognac and Pineaux des Charentes, grape juice, walnuts and walnut oil, honey. 2 or 3 times a year we also sell ready-to-cook chickens and veal produced on the farm.
