On a 4-hectare property, in a hilly and unspoiled natural environment, an old vineyard farmhouse renovated into a very comfortable gîte, adjoining another gîte, without vis-à-vis.

Living room-kitchen 30 m² (stove, wood provided), 1 bedroom with 160×200 bed with shower room, 2 bedrooms each with 2 90×200 beds, shower room, wc. Sheets provided, beds made on arrival. Internet (WIFI). Terrace, private enclosed garden 100 m² (rose bushes, aromatic plants). To share with 1 gîte and the owners: park and garden 4 hectares, heated indoor swimming pool (from 03/06 to 16/09, 10.30am-7.30pm) 11×5 m. with roller shutter, swing, slide, children’s house, games. Wellness area sauna – hammam – duo balneo (1 free session except HS and THS). Housekeeping included on weekends. Possibility of regular cleaning (price on request). Charges included.
