Le Clos de la Corderie is a new, typically Retonne-style house, with a large, bright and functional living room and an “inside/outside” feel thanks to the sliding doors and the garden courtyard.
The sea-view first floor will delight you with its features worthy of a charming hotel.
An outdoor lounge with brazier, deckchairs around the heated swimming pool (from the start of the Easter holidays to 30/09/2024) and a pétanque court will delight you during your breaks on the Ile de Ré.

4 parking spaces are available at the entrance to the house.
A semi-rigid boat (5m50/ 80 bhp) can be hired on a daily basis at a preferential rate, please contact us.
A chef at home, a sports coach, etc. can be arranged to enhance your stay.
