Chef Yannick Schaeffer offers a tasty cuisine based on seasonal produce.
For example, you can enjoy duck en gravelax, foie gras cooked at low temperature, fish tartare or special Chez Ménadier oysters, followed by grilled octopus tentacles, or the chef’s signature dish: a lamb mouse confit with hazelnut-flavoured mashed potatoes…
Those with a sweet tooth will love a baba au Cognac, a deconstructed lemon tart or, for those with a sweet tooth, a chocolate and caramel finger!
You’ll be served in a large, cosy dining room, and from spring onwards you can book a table on the terrace, with a breathtaking view of France’s last ferry bridge!
