Banninck villa lies on the border of the Dordogne and Charente in South West France in the village of Laprade, near Aubeterre sur Dronne (une des plus beaux villages de France). The villa has all the comforts and can accommodate up to 10 people. The stately villa is about 150 years old and in 2014 completely redesigned and refurbished with modern, practical and luxurious. Luxury and comfort while preserving traditional features of the original features. The refurbishment has been carried out under the direction of Dutch designer Joris van Grinsven, who gave a second life several historical buildings in the region (www.seigneursdeclerans.com). Around the house are ancient trees and there is a lovely terrace with a choice of sun or shade. In the garden of approximately 8000m2 is a new pool with spacious terrace, luxurious chairs, large umbrellas and shade cloth with a covered terrace. The pool (6 * 12m) is securely fenced. Shopping for daily necessities in Aubeterre sur Dronne (approximately 3km), St Severin (about 5km) or Chalais (approximately 10km). The cities of Angouleme, Bergerac and Perigieux are approximately 45 minutes drive. The villa has WiFi and internet. Because of its location (close to all amenities, but with enough distance), the villa offers great privacy. The villa is equipped with a (new) central heating a wood stove in the kitchen and a beautiful fireplace in the living room. This makes the villa even in the low season very attractive.
