Restored with natural and ecological materials, “Les Dépendances du Coq” is the culmination of a project that, like Cognac, has been fashioned over time.
Old farmhouse of 90 m², adjoining the home of the owners, you will find the architectural elements that made up this type of rural dwelling, mixing objects found in noble materials and materials such as hemp, linen, lime, stone, oak.
The south-east facing house consists of a kitchen-dining room (22m²), a lounge (23m²) and upstairs a parental bedroom (23m²) and a small children’s room with bathroom and separate toilet.
For your pleasure, a private garden is dedicated to you, planted mainly with grasses.
From May, you can enjoy a heated swimming pool (9×3), set up in the meadow with a panoramic view of the vineyard.
As a couple or with your family, you will be welcomed from April to November for a rejuvenating stay…
In fine weather, come and enjoy our swimming pool in the shade of an old ash tree and the gently undulating Charente countryside via hiking trails, some of which pass right by the gîte.
In autumn, come and discover the development of cognacs by immersing yourself in the vapors of the owners’ distillery.
