Cognac Brisson
Presentation
Since 1858, from generation to generation, the Brisson family has passionately cultivated vines with the greatest respect for the Charentais terroir.
On the agenda
A fine distiller following the rules of his ancestors, Joan Brisson wanted to share his love and his products directly with a demanding and epicurean clientele. It was then, in the 1990s, that the Joan Brisson brand was registered.
The family’s 45-hectare vineyard was originally located in Matha, a small town in the Charente Maritime department 20 km north of Cognac in the Fins Bois appellation region. It has now expanded to include the area around Sainte-Sévère and Saint-Sulpice de Cognac in the Borderies appellation.
