On the agenda

Our house has:

– On the ground floor:
Living area kitchen, there is 1 kitchen equipped with fridge, 1 microwave, 1 oven, 1 induction hob, 1 dishwasher and all the small appliances essential for a good holiday. There is also a round table and four stark chairs.

The living room: TV cabinet with large TV, internet with fiber, sofa 3 places and ottoman, a storage unit, 2 coffee tables, a wood stove.
In the extension there is a bay that opens onto 1 terrace with round table, 4 chairs, 1 plancha, 1 serving table and 1 umbrella.

The house of 80 m² has a sea view thanks to 2 imposts of the dining room and bedroom 1.
On the other hand the 2 bedrooms have 2 balconies from which you can see the sea.

– On the floor:
Two bedrooms each with 1 bed of 160 cm.
A bedroom has 1 dressing room, 1 console, 1 mirror, 1 armchair, 1 bedside table, 1 tablet and 2 bedside lamps.
In the other room there is 1 wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, 2 bedside lamps and 1 armchair.

In the hallway there is a closet with storage and wardrobe. There is 1 ironing board, 1 iron and 1 vacuum cleaner.
The bathroom: there is 1 washing machine, 1 hair dryer, 1 storage box. Sheets are provided but not the towels.
Our rental is air conditioned thanks to a recent reversible air conditioning.
You will find nearby the necessary shops (bakeries, butcher, pharmacy, press…), restaurants but also the casino of Royan.

The street of the beach is in blue zone, so we park there punctually with a disc. On the other hand it is possible to park easily and free of charge either in the street Miramar which is a parallel street or in the street of Canon Raud.
