– Entrées : Filet de rouget juste saisi, émulsion passion-curcuma, avocat, semoule au citron vert, sucs de cerfeuil, cress et fleur
– Plats : Pigeon rôti sur coffre, jus de carcasse à la betterave et hibiscus, petits pois de Lapouyade, cromesquis de la cuisse croustillant, mousseline au poivre
– Desserts : La fraise de Bédenac en coque meringuée, siphon yaourt et gel d’estragon

This inn offers two types of catering: gastronomic, classic and a small dish bar, tapas-style.

Located in a small village, on an ancient road “le chemin de Charlemagne”, just a stone’s throw from the Gironde.
“Home-made” catering with local products, if possible “organic” or in conversion. Eco-responsible catering.
Nearby, you can discover a 19th-century wash house restored under the aegis of the youth solidarity association, a local radio station RCM, the forest massif of the Double Saintongeaise during a walk but also by bike or on horseback with a wide choice of marked routes.
A few kilometres further on you can explore the spa town of Jonzac, or Saint Emilion through its medieval streets.
