La Nauve – a 5* hotel set in the heart of a 12 acre park – boasts a dozen rooms, all of which are unique and luxuriously furnished in the refined and tasteful style of the Almae Collection.
Beautifully restored by the best craftsmen in the Charente region of France, the three 19th century buildings on the estate each house a restaurant. While the old distillery building is home to the «Brasserie des Flâneurs», the mansion itself houses the gourmet restaurant «Notes».The two establishments also feature a cocktail bar, a library, a terrace, superb gardens and an outdoor swimming pool – including a vegetable garden and a fishpond – all managed by the same chef: Anthony Carballo.
