La Fumée du Gabut
La Fumée du Gabut offers a “cuisine of inspirations”, whose common denominator is the smoky flavor. Pronounced or subtle, this smoky note is obtained using Kamado, and reinvents dishes from traditional French and international cuisine.
La Fumée du Gabut is located in the colorful and typical Gabut district on the old port towards the train station and the aquarium.
Our establishment welcomes you all year round indoors, and from the first rays of sunshine on its sunny terraces at lunchtime and in the shade in the evening.
Facing the Bassin des Chalutiers and the Aquarium, you can take a look at our seasonal menu and our lunchtime slate.
All our dishes are homemade, using fresh local produce wherever possible.
