Un quinzaine d’arceaux pour attacher un vélo est disponible en face de la fabuleuse cantine.
Pas de service spécifique mais nous disposons d’un petit salon avec une caisse à jouets/jeux permettant de recevoir les groupes d’amis avec des enfants qui ne s’ennuieront pas des discussions des parents.
Il n’y a pas de menu enfants mais entre les boboco et les burgers du soir ils trouveront le bonheur dans leur assiettes.
Le restaurant La Fabuleuse Cantine s’est engagé dans le programme FIG afin de diminuer son empreinte carbone.
Cuisine locale et antigaspi, nous travaillons essentiellement avec des producteurs ou acteurs locaux de l’agroalimentaire. Nous proposons des bocaux de nos invendus du midi à consommer sur place ou à emporter à des tarifs très accessibles. La Fabuleuse Cantine participe à un cycle complet en redonnant son composte à ses producteurs. Des paniers bio des producteurs sont récupérables dans l’établissement en commandant sur place pour permettre au producteur « Les petits jardins des marais » d’avoir un point de vente supplémentaire gratuitement.
Les cuisiniers de La Fabuleuse Cantine aiment les challenges, de ce fait, ils vous proposent des menus haut de gamme pour des évènements tels que la Saint-Valentin, le nouvel an. Autant d’occasions pour vous régaler.

Located on Place Bernard Moitessier in front of the maritime museum in La Rochelle, it is open for lunch and dinner from Wednesday to Sunday. A place full of history, the restaurant is located in the old fish market of La Rochelle. The restaurant covers 400 square meters and has a large sunny terrace overlooking the classic trawler basin and the boats in the maritime museum.
The restaurant offers unique and balanced menus on a vegetarian basis. The team works with local partners in a short circuit approach. The meats are of French origin and the fish come from the fish market in La Rochelle. All our products are home-made with a lot of love for the happiness of your taste buds with preferential rates for students and social minima.
La Fabuleuse Cantine does not stop here in its responsible approach. All the leftovers from its own kitchen are repackaged in pasteurized jars and sold as take-away meals. The restaurant offers its flagship product “superwaste” for lunch and dinner. A burger made of a soft bun elaborated with 20% of recycled bread flour.
It is also a place of life, meeting and events open to all. Concerts, comedy club, exhibitions, screenings, conferences, debates, thrift shops, tea dances… It offers spaces for companies, associations, communities and public actors to organize events that are important to them. And, it is without forgetting a place impossible to circumvent of the Rochelaise musical scene. This hybrid place offers a musical program from Thursday to Saturday from 10 pm to 2:30 am.
