From his passion for French and other cuisines, and his experiences in French and Swiss palaces with the greatest, Carlos FOITO, our Chef de Cuisine, has created a warm restaurant with a refined menu.
The dishes offered evolve with the seasons to work with the maximum of fresh and local products. Special attention is given to quality while respecting a very affordable budget.
