350 m² villa with 6 suites, in a quiet location, with heated swimming pool and beautiful, unoverlooked garden, enclosed garden in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré – Les Grenettes. Sleeps 12 to 14.

We rent the villa for 12 people, with indoor and outdoor tables for 12 guests.

On the other hand, we have 14 beds and we can rent the villa for 14 people if there are small children.

This 350 m² unoverlooked family home combines Retais charm with contemporary style, featuring a landscaped garden, swimming pool, patio, private parking and garage.

The villa is very well equipped inside and out.

The large 80 m² living room is bathed in light thanks to its triple exposure and sliding doors opening directly onto the garden.

– The house is divided into two rooms, with an entrance hall, living room/kitchen, linen room and WC in the center.

Central area:

– Entering on your left, you’ll go down four small steps that are part of the charm of our Villa.

– You arrive in a large living room of 80 m² where you’ll find the living room, the dining room and an open kitchen with a very contemporary central island.

Left-hand night space:

– 3 spacious Suites from 25 to 30 m².

– 2 suites: Each with its own double bed (160), dressing room, bathroom, WC and direct access to the garden or interior patio.

– 1 suite with a double bed (160) and 2 single beds (90), bathroom, WC and dressing room with patio access.

Right-side sleeping area:

– 3 spacious Suites from 25 to 30 m².

– 1 suite with double bed (160), bathroom, dressing room, WC with garden access

– 1 suite with two 90cm beds, bathroom, dressing room, WC with patio access

– 1 master suite with shower room and bathroom, dressing room and WC with patio access.

The villa is ideally located: 2 min walk from the sea and 5 min by bike or car from the charming little village of Sainte-Marie-de-Ré – La Noue, where you can do your shopping and rent bikes.

We make our customers aware that we have a CSR approach, and we comply with government regulations for heating the villa and pool:

In mid-season, April, May and September, October, the water temperature in the swimming pool will depend on the outside temperature, which in our region is most likely between 19 and 21°C.

Of course, this is an indicative temperature, depending on night-time temperatures and sunshine during the day.

Household linen is optional and costs €186. Please advise us at the time of rental and hand over to the concierge company or the person welcoming you on arrival.
