All the equipment of the house is new and the furniture has been designed by an interior designer and made by a craftsman from the Ile de Ré. It includes a large and comfortable leather living room, a dining room open onto a beautiful fully equipped kitchen. On one level, this villa has a large terrace of 75 m², a patio of 14 m², a small garden and a private parking lot for up to 3 cars. A free communal car park is just in front of the house if needed. The house also has a very pleasant 23 m² awning for eating outside near the stone barbecue. – Rooms : – 1 master suite with 1 bed 160×200, dressing room and private bathroom. This room has direct access to the patio. – 1 double room with 1 bed 160×200 – 1 double room with 2 single beds 90×200 – 1 double bedroom with 1 bed 160×200 with private shower room giving direct access to the outside. – 3 shower rooms (two of which are private) – 3 separate toilets (one under the awning) – Equipment : – Rooms equipped with RJ45 sockets and USB ports – Garden furniture for 12 people and deckchairs – 163 cm flat screen TV, Blu-Ray and DVD player, Netflix available free of charge during your stay and board games. – Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, large Whirlpool induction hob, kettle, toaster, SMEG coffee maker and a SENSEO coffee machine – Refrigerator, freezer with drawers, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board – Cot and high chair available – Unique stone barbecue and its accessories All our mattresses have quality mattress pads. As soon as you arrive, you will be taken care of by our concierge service. It will be at your disposal during your stay. Bed linen and household linen (towels and tea towels) are included in your rental. Obligatory cleaning : 120 €. Tourist taxes are included in our rates.
