Located in a very quiet residential area of the Village of Sauzelle, 3 minutes from La Gautrelle beach, our single storey Villa welcomes you to a world of comfort and quality on 165 m² and a beautiful equipped garden (American barbecue, deckchair, outdoor games for children, outdoor shower, etc.) over 450m².
