The sunset house
La maison du couchant is a house in the woods facing the dune and just a few steps from the sea. a family holiday home for 8 people. we chose to preserve its original character while modernizing it for comfort.
It brings back memories of holidays from school-leaving days, a place to live and create beautiful vacation memories with family or friends. our bedrooms are spacious with large king-size beds. soft and natural colors. here, you can play croquet and pétanque under the trees and enjoy lovely naps; relax on deck chairs and under the awning, share drinks and evening gatherings. whatever the season, you will discover the charms of the Île de Ré and its ever-changing colors.
