Welcome to “Au Petit Bonheur”, 4* gite with internet box, 10 minutes from the beach and near shops.

The terrace, the private garden and the swimming pool will allow you to have an excellent stay.
Our gîte “Au Petit Bonheur” is a terraced house of 85 m², in a luxury residence “Les Hautes Folies” in Vaux-sur-Mer. A collective swimming pool and a large shaded park are at your disposal, with direct access from the terrace and the enclosed garden, not overlooked.
The residence swimming pool is open from 06/15 to 09/15 except for health restrictions.
The beautiful Nauzan beach is a 10-minute walk away.
The house is non-smoking, dogs weighing less than 20 kg are allowed.
Classified 4* by the Royan Atlantique Tourist Office, the house can accommodate 6 people and a baby. The decoration is neat and the bedding new. With its three bedrooms and dressing rooms, this house is ideal for a family. From the living room with 55” TV, DVD, Bluetooth tower and games, you access the terrace, its furniture and its electric plancha for your meals in the shade of our awning. Two deckchairs are also at your disposal in our garden for your moments of relaxation.
You will have 2 private parking spaces and collective parking.
Wi-Fi is free. An internet box with fiber is present in the gîte.
You will be welcomed by our concierge who will give you all the necessary information on the use of the gîte, visits to the surrounding area, etc.
IMPORTANT:
– Bed linen and towels are optional but can be reserved through our concierge service
– Cleaning is obligatory and must be paid to the concierge upon your arrival: €75 (basic cleaning to be carried out by you: kitchen, bathroom, WC, bins to empty)
For normal use, the daily consumption rate is 50 KWh for the winter periods from the beginning of November to the end of April. Beyond this value the cost of the KWh is set at 0.24€/KWh. The calculation is based on the accumulation of off-peak hours and peak hours.
In order to travel light, childcare equipment is available to you on request (high chair, travel cot and mattress, bath ring).
A deposit of €500, not cashed, will be requested when booking.
