Bright, comfortable 115m² house with enclosed garden, ideal for 6/8 people in comfort, in a quiet location in Laleu, a charming historic district of La Rochelle, close to shops and 1 km from the Ile de Ré bridge, 15 min by bike from the port of La Rochelle and 30 min by bus from the station with a direct line.
You’ll enjoy a wide range of sporting and cultural activities: surfing, golf, water skiing, boating, jet skiing, cycling, rollerblading, kitesurfing, horseback riding; the Aquarium is less than 4 km away… Its location also makes it a perfect “pied à terre” for visiting the region.

Outside: 2 terraces, one facing north, very pleasant with the morning sun for breakfast, and a large south-facing terrace of 40m² covered by a magnificent shade sail, equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, relax area, ping-pong table, and an outdoor shower (very practical for refreshing yourself and/or returning from the beach to unwind).
