More than the charm of a natural setting bathed in soft light, more than the islands in their emerald settings, more than the cries of seagulls in an azure blue sky, it is the facilities and services of the ‘Les Thalassîles’ residence that make this holiday rental so welcoming and appealing.
The villa, ‘La Pointe’, is a single-storey, two-room property, classified as a ‘4* furnished tourist accommodation’ in mid-December 2018. It is a holiday rental for 2 to 4 people with modern comforts, fully equipped, accessible to people with reduced mobility, and in harmony with nature thanks to its garden.
With natural thermal comfort thanks to its construction, the villa adds the luxury of space with its 33m² of floor space, a 20m² summer terrace lounge and a garden that, together with those of the other villas in the residence, forms a large enclosed park where children can play in complete safety.
A spacious living room of over 20m² welcomes you around the coffee table, with its large, comfortable sofa bed or cosy armchair. A large flat-screen LED television (85cm), a Blu-ray player and a hi-fi system with two speakers complete your comfort. A fully equipped open-plan kitchen will allow even the most discerning gourmets to delight their guests.
Your comfort continues in the bathroom of your accommodation (shower, washbasin, storage space, towel dryer and toilet).
One bedroom (10 to 12m²) where you will appreciate the comfort of the memory foam bedding. Two wardrobes will easily accommodate everyone’s clothes, even for long stays.
The terrace of your villa, facing west-northwest, will welcome all your guests with its garden table and matching armchairs. Here you can enjoy, in complete tranquillity, the summer flavours of your barbecue creations, cooked to perfection on the Weber(TM) barbecue.
If you manage to resist the invitation to relax on the sun loungers in your garden, the swimming pool and its sunny terraces with turquoise blue lagoon water at 29°C will tempt you. That is, if you haven’t already succumbed to the temptation of the spa’s massage bath on the way.
In these times of COVID-19, our cleaning and maintenance team has reinforced its cleaning and disinfection protocol. They have never had a set amount of time to prepare your villa, just one mission: to hand you the keys to a villa that is free of any traces of previous occupancy.
In 2020, to accomplish this mission, they spent an average of 6 hours of intensive work preparing a three-bedroom villa and 4 hours and 15 minutes for a two-bedroom villa.

As part of our COVID-19 prevention measures, we have implemented a full refund guarantee in the event of a justified cancellation request (**) due to the following circumstances occurring after booking:
Discovery of a confirmed case of COVID-19 or mandatory quarantine among the occupants of the accommodation.
The introduction of lockdown measures making it impossible to travel between the occupants’ homes and the ‘Les Thalassiles’ residence.
