Come and spend a wonderful vacation discovering the region in our fully renovated single-storey house, rated 4 stars for 4 people by Charentes Tourisme.
It’s ideally located facing the ocean, within walking or cycling distance of the beaches, aquatic center, thalasso, Boucholeurs harbor and Châtelaillon-Plage, and the Rosière lake (150 to 800 m).
The south-facing house comprises a fitted kitchen, a dining/living room, two bedrooms, a bright shower room and a separate toilet. The house gate gives access to the private courtyard with furniture (table, chairs, lounge, parasol) and outdoor cooking appliance.
A range of high-quality sleeping options can accommodate up to 4 people. The first bedroom has a 160×200 cm bed, while the second has two 80×200 cm beds that can be connected.
Household linen is provided (bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels), beds are made on arrival and end-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price. Free wifi (fiber optics). We look forward to hearing from you throughout your stay. Short stays possible.
