Situated in the south of the Charente, Le Ptit Manoir des Miroirs, a charming 4-star gîte, is set in the heart of the countryside, surrounded by valleys covered in vines dedicated to Cognac and Pineau des Charentes.

On site you will enjoy a large outdoor area with a private heated swimming pool of 55m² and a park of 5000m² where you can eat in the shade of the pine trees. You are here in the former manor house of the lord of Conzac, a remarkable 12th-century Romanesque church just 1 km away. The stonework and exposed beams, the fireplace, the arched doorways and the wall hangings are all reminders of the house’s history. An ideal place for relaxation, sports and leisure in the heart of nature, the 136m² gîte is independent, close to the owners’ house, and can sleep up to 8 people.
Single-storey entrance hall leading to 2 bedrooms and a shower room with toilet. 3 steps lead down to 1 further bedroom and a shower room with toilet, then 2 further steps lead down to the spacious living room dominated by its large fireplace and wood-burning stove. The living room has a lounge, dining area and fitted kitchen. A final bedroom with private shower room/WC is accessed by 3 steps. Each of the 4 bedrooms has 2 single beds (90×190), which can be twinned to form a double bed (180×190).

For babies: 2 cots, bath, changing table, high chair, potty.
Outside: private, unenclosed 5000 m² garden with terraces, barbecue/plancha, garden furniture, bowling green. Private swimming pool measuring 10.5 x 5 m, 1.40 m deep with 95 cm children’s area, secured by an alarm. Pool heated by a heat pump, open from 1 May to 30 September, 9am to 11pm. Car park. Bikes can be hired and delivered to the gîte.
