In the heart of the hamlet of Maisonneuve between La Cotinière and Saint-Pierre, Le Domaine des Forts is a collection of three contemporary villas ideal for family vacations, couples or friends, in a peaceful setting close to nature.
La propriété Fort Enet, de 76 m², dispose d’une grande pièce de vie très lumineuse. Elle comprend une cuisine ouverte de 7m² aménagée et équipée (micro-ondes, four, plaque de cuisson induction 3 feux, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur/congélateur, grille-pain, bouilloire, cafetière, machine à café).La pièce de vie (36m²) dispose d’une table avec rallonges, 6 chaises, un canapé-lit, une télévision, une box pour la wifi, trois tables gigognes et une climatisation réversible.
Les chambres sont composées ainsi: la première de 10 m² avec grand placard penderie et un lit 140×190 ; la deuxième chambre de 13 m² avec lit double de 90×190 et grand placard penderie.
La salle d’eau bénéficie d’une douche italienne, un sèche-serviette avec toilettes.
La buanderie est équipée d’un lave linge et d’un sèche-linge (+ aspirateur)
Les espaces extérieurs sont idéalement aménagés avec un jardin clôturé de 60 m², une terrasse de 20 m², un salon de jardin, six chaises, un parasol et un barbecue charbon.
Vous pourrez stationner deux véhicules sur site fermé.
