Le Clos des fins bois is an elegant, centuries-old house in Balet, with an authentic Charentais feel, carefully renovated and decorated.
The gîte sleeps eight people in 4 bedrooms, two of which can be adapted to suit your needs (with or without separate beds).
Every detail has been thought of to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay.
Protected by an original enclosure, equipped with a swimming pool and spa, it offers the ideal setting for vacations with family or friends.
Located at Bois Raymond, in the commune of Saint Amant de Nouère, the gîte lies at the heart of
of a peaceful environment ideal for relaxation (hiking, cycling), but also strategically located for discovering the wonders of the Charente (20 mn from Angoulême, 30 mn from Cognac) and Charente Maritime (1H from Saintes, 1H30 from Royan).
The gîte is connected to the fiber network, enabling telecommuting. Its shaded terrace is ideal for business meetings. Charentais by birth and by heart, the village hosts are at your disposal to meet your needs in terms of logistics, services, leisure activities or catering, drawing on a network of reliable and well-known partners.
