The gîte comprises a large open-plan living area: dining room, lounge, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Sleeping accommodation: a first bedroom with a double bed and dressing area, a second bedroom with two beds that can be moved closer together and a dressing area, and a convertible sofa for two people. Large bathroom with double washbasin, walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Linen included. Separate WC. Washing machine. Heating: pellet stove and gentle heat radiators. Enclosed garden, terrace, garden furniture and garden furniture and deckchairs. There are also a number of leisure activities on site (pétanque, table tennis, table football, darts).
