Two sofa beds in the living room provide four additional comfortable sleeping places, accommodating a total of 12 people.
Its landscaped, walled garden, which is not overlooked, features a wooden terrace with an electric awning and garden furniture for dining with 10–12 people, a patio with a relaxation area, a canopy and a private garage. A table tennis table, board games and 4 bicycles are provided.
This modern house has an energy rating of A or is classified as low-energy. It is heated by a heat pump. It is equipped with two flat-screen televisions, including a large one in the living room, Wi-Fi, a DVD player, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a dishwasher, a barbecue, and more.
