With a surface area of 155 M2 and fully air-conditioned, it boasts a swimming pool heated from May to September, a garden and a terrace. It’s ideally located in a quiet, residential street close to shops, so you can enjoy your stay even without a car. La Concurrence beach is less than 300 meters away, and the old port is a 7-minute walk away.
The light-filled eat-in kitchen opens onto the terrace and garden, while the living room is furnished with iconic design pieces that lend it an air of elegance.
On the garden side of the 1st floor, a master bedroom with 160 x 200 bed, TV, dressing room and en-suite shower room. A second bedroom, on the street side, with twin 90 x 200 beds, dressing room and private shower room. A shared toilet completes this level.
The 2nd floor comprises 2 garden-side bedrooms, one with a 160 x 200 double bed and the other with single beds. A shared shower room with WC. Finally, a double office with printer completes this floor, enabling telecommuting under excellent conditions.
