Our 3-bedroom cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. You’ll enjoy a spacious, bright, and perfectly equipped home for your stays with family or friends. Its ideal location in the heart of the Cognac vineyards combines tranquility, authenticity, and proximity to attractions.
The garden, equipped with outdoor games, will delight your children.
The secure swimming pool is open from June to the end of September.
In a renovated former stable, gîte with independent entrance, adjoining another gîte, not overlooked. Ground floor: kitchen, living room 37 m² with wood stove making bread/pizza oven (wood provided), shower room with toilet, storeroom, 1 bedroom accessible to motor disabilities (2 beds 90*190) with shower room and toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with 160 bed, bathroom, toilet. Covered and uncovered terraces, private enclosed garden 1000 m² with playhouse and swing. Wellness area with SPA (slippers and bathrobes provided) 30€/30 min. Massage service at an additional cost. To be shared with the owners and the other gîte: outdoor swimming pool not accessible to PRM, unheated open from 01/06 to 30/09 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (8×4 m, depth 1.40 m, barrier + protective shutter + alarm, terrace, shower). Sheets and towels provided. Pool towels provided. For babies: travel cot, high chair, bathtub, booster seat, bath seat. Reinforced 16A Green Up socket for electric vehicles. Non-smoking gîte. Tourism and Disability label (motor, hearing, visual, mental) on the ground floor only.
