Domaine La Cabane

It is a contemporary house of 150 m2 habitable, on one level, located in the quiet middle of the Domaine La Cabane which is a park of 6 hectares, 800 m from a beach on the Atlantic side.

The house includes:
A 45 m2 living room with an open fireplace, equipped with two beige sofas, a black Chesterfield sofa, 3 leather armchairs with their footrests, and a large rectangular coffee table (former Indian door), a 46-inch Samsung flat screen in the living room, Connected to the internet via a Freebox Pop (fiber optic) and a Player Pop, the living room flat screen is connected to a 2.1 channel Dolby Atmos®/DTS:X® soundbar with integrated subwoofer, a DVD player, and a library of over 50 Blu-ray discs in the living room.
Two NETGEAR Orbi Wi-Fi 6 Mesh Tri-band repeaters that cover the entire home (Speed over 200 Mbps) and a high-speed private Wi-Fi network above 100 Mbps (Fiber Optic Free) covers the entire house.
A 46-inch flat screen in the master suite, connected to the internet via a Freebox Pop (fiber optic) and a Player Pop.
A modern fully equipped kitchen: 1 dishwasher, 1 American refrigerator, 1 pyrolysis oven, 1 microwave oven, 1 ceramic hob with 4 induction burners, 1 extractor hood, 1 filter coffee maker, 1 Nespresso coffee machine, 1 time-programmable toaster, 1 kettle, dishes and cutlery for 18 people, 1 electric mixer, 1 MAGIMIX Power 5 XL blender and 1 MAGIMIX 17654 mini bowl, 2 seafood trays, 3 bowls, various Tupperware, 4 pie dishes, 1 large fish dish, 1 Pierre Lagrange grill, 1 TEFAL fondue set, 1 TEFAL raclette set, 1 SEB rice cooker, 1 table vacuum cleaner.

DA/MP3, USB Direct and a BLUETOOTH connection for smartphone and tablet (2*20 W efficient).
A large corridor to access the 4 bedrooms, with two closets including a wardrobe space.
Three bedrooms each with a bed of 160*200, including a master suite with a bathroom and a toilet.
A fourth bedroom with two beds of 80*200, with direct access to the south terrace via a French window,
Equipment for babies: Two cots, two high seats, a booster seat, and a free-standing baby bath.
An independent bathroom with a walk-in shower (2m * 1m) and a vanity unit, opposite rooms 1 and 2,

A Tesla charging station for electric cars, 4 bikes and two child seats for rides, 3 outdoor games reserved for children aged 2 to 5: 1 trampoline, 1 toboggan Smoby, 1 dog rocker 3 places Smoby.

Out of season, you have the possibility to rent for 4 days minimum, with an arrival and a departure any day, but all school holidays from spring to Christmas, rentals are by the week, from Saturday to Saturday.
