This cottage is located halfway (1km) between the beautiful Plage du Treuil to the West and the activity of the oyster village of Dolus d’Oléron to the East (Shops, Market, restaurants, Tourist Office, Aquatic Center , Shopping center, Gas station…), accessible by the cycle path which passes in front of the property. On the ground floor of the gîte (underfloor heating), a beautiful living room with full kitchen open to the main room, large format LED TV screen. Upstairs (electric convectors), Bedroom 160/200 double bed, Bedroom 2 90/190 bunk beds that can accommodate 2 children or 1 adult), Bathroom (Italian shower/basin), separate WC. Private terrace 40m2 equipped (Table/6 Armchairs, 2 Deckchairs, 1 Deckchair, Offset Parasol from April to September). Electric barbecue on request. 2 parking spaces available on the property.
The price includes accommodation charges, beds made on arrival according to reservation, 1 set of towels per person, common cleaning products and Wi-Fi connection available. End of stay cleaning obligatory €50. Possibility of ANCV payments, transfers, credit cards (on site, remotely and security deposit by pre-authorization). Non-smoking accommodation. No animals. Rental from Saturday to Saturday. 4 people maximum by reservation.
