Located in a very quiet residential area of the Village of Sauzelle, 3 minutes from La Gautrelle beach, our single storey Villa welcomes you to a world of comfort and quality on 165 m² and a beautiful equipped garden (American barbecue, deckchair, outdoor games for children, outdoor shower, etc.) over 450m². In the center, a landscaped patio with a tropical look, an outdoor living space for conviviality and relaxation: a bioclimatic pergola, an outdoor lounge, a large modular table for 6 to 12 guests.

The 5 bedrooms (14 and 16 m²) including 4 master suites all have their own universe and have a shower room with toilets. The 5th bedroom is located in a 22 m² annex with a lounge area and a second fully equipped kitchen.
