Nous sommes Marjorie et Frédéric, amoureux du littoral, des richesses locales, des histoires de vie et avides de partager ce que nous aimons. Nous sommes venus nous installer à Aytré il y a plus d’un an avec le désir de contribuer à la découverte et de la promotion de la magnifique région charentaise. C’est pourquoi nous proposons à la location trois villas à Angoulins sur Mer et une villa à Aytré.

La Villa de l’Océan is a beautiful group of two villas rated 3 and 4 stars (La Pointe du Chay and Villa 1893), not adjoining each other, located on the same property, and with a private indoor swimming pool heated to 29° all year round.
La Villa de l’Océan is designed to offer comfort, art de vivre and well-being: bar counter, relaxation lounge, 2 private Jacuzzis heated to 36°, private indoor pool heated to 29° all year round, pool billiards, table soccer, ping-pong, darts, plancha grill, gas and charcoal barbecue.

Rooms by Villa “La Pointe du Chay” has one bedroom on the first floor with a double bed (140cm), a private bathroom with bath and WC, and 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with 1 double bed (140cm) and 2 single beds (90cm). “La Villa 1893” with garden level: 2 bedrooms with a double bed (140cm), shower room and WC. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160, a bed 90 and a bedroom with a bed 160. On 2nd level: 1 bedroom with a 160cm bed, shower room and WC and 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed, 2 90cm beds, shower room and WC.
3 cots and 2 high chairs are available if required.
