More than the charm of a natural setting bathed in soft light, more than the islands in their emerald settings, more than the cries of seagulls in an azure blue sky, it is the facilities and services of the ‘Les Thalassîles’ residence that make this holiday rental so welcoming and appealing.
The ‘Madame’ villa, a two-bedroom duplex, classified as a ‘4* furnished tourist accommodation’ in mid-December 2018, is a holiday rental for 4 to 6 people with modern comforts, fully equipped and in harmony with nature thanks to its garden.
With natural thermal comfort thanks to its construction, the villa adds the luxury of space with its 65m², a 20m² summer terrace lounge and a garden that connects to those of the other villas in the residence, forming a large enclosed park where children can play in complete safety.
A spacious living room of over 27m² welcomes you around the coffee table, with its large, comfortable sofa bed or cosy armchair. A large flat-screen LED television (107cm), a Blu-ray player and a hi-fi system with two speakers complete your comfort.
Your comfort continues with the two bathrooms in your accommodation (shower, washbasin, storage space, towel dryer and toilet): one on the ground floor and the other upstairs. A level of equipment well above the standards of a 5* furnished tourist accommodation! This is how your ‘Madame’ villa will exceed the expectations of even the most demanding guests.
An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen will allow the most discerning gourmets to delight their guests.
Upstairs, a landing leads to two large bedrooms (13 and 12m²) and a large bathroom with WC.
The comfort of the 160×200 memory foam bed in the master bedroom is matched by the two 90×190 beds in the children’s bedroom. The spacious built-in dressing room and wardrobe can easily accommodate everyone’s clothes, even for long stays.
The terrace of your villa (facing west-northwest) will welcome all your guests with its large garden table, benches and matching armchairs. Here you can enjoy, in complete tranquillity, the summer flavours of your barbecue creations, cooked to perfection on the Weber™ barbecue.
If you manage to resist the invitation to relax on the sun loungers in your garden, the swimming pool and its sunny terraces with turquoise blue lagoon water at 29°C will tempt you. That is, if you haven’t already succumbed to the temptation of the spa’s massage bath on the way. During this period marked by COVID-19, our cleaning and maintenance team has reinforced its cleaning and disinfection protocol. It has never had a set amount of time to prepare your villa, just a house: to hand you the keys to a villa free of any traces of previous occupancy.
In 2020, to accomplish this mission, they spent an average of 6 hours of intensive work preparing a three-bedroom villa and 4 hours and 15 minutes for a two-bedroom villa.

As part of our COVID-19 prevention measures, we have implemented a full refund guarantee in the event of a justified cancellation request (**) due to the following circumstances after booking:
Discovery of a confirmed case of COVID-19 or mandatory quarantine among the occupants of the accommodation, and on the other hand, a credit note for the amount paid if a lockdown is imposed, making it impossible to travel between the occupants’ homes and the ‘Les Thalassîles’ residence.
