The George’s restaurant, with its magnificent terrace overlooking the port, welcomes you every day from breakfast to dinner. The George’s menu is both eclectic and modern, highlighting quality local produce, particularly seafood.
Its extension, “Villa Clarisse & Spa”, a 3-minute walk from the hotel, is a superb 18th-century private mansion with 9 rooms and suites, a heated swimming pool and an unsuspected garden. The Villa can be privatized.
