At the heart of the Chais Monnet hotel, Les Foudres restaurant, awarded a Michelin star in 2021, offers a unique gastronomic experience beneath century-old wine barrels in the centre of Cognac.

It showcases local producers and terroir through refined cuisine, created by Chef Mathis Debize, and sweet creations by Pastry Chef Alexandre Mornet.
