Engagé dans une démarche écoresponsable, notre hôtel labellisé Clef Verte depuis 2025 propose une eau filtrée zéro kilomètre à ses clients. Les mini-bars ont été retirés des chambres standard pour réduire notre impact énergétique. Nos biodéchets sont collectés à vélo cargo par une entreprise locale, puis transformés en compost à 5 km de l’établissement, au profit d’agriculteurs du territoire. La température est également optimisée dans tous les espaces pour limiter la consommation énergétique.

Completely refurbished in 2023, this hotel, situated in the heart of La Rochelle’s Old Port, enjoys a prime location overlooking the famous Towers and the Grands Yachts harbour. It offers 150 rooms, ranging from classic rooms to luxury suites, as well as ‘Privilège’ rooms suitable for all types of stay, whether for business or leisure.
The hotel offers high-quality facilities, including a panoramic restaurant overlooking the harbour, a cocktail bar, a swimming pool with a large terrace, a gym, 80 parking spaces and over 1,000 m² of flexible event spaces for both business and private functions.
Just a 5-minute walk from the railway station, the aquarium, the maritime museum and the Old Port, the hotel is an ideal base from which to explore La Rochelle’s main attractions. Les Minimes beach, the Île de Ré and the Marais Poitevin are also within easy reach. Visitors can enjoy the city’s cultural heritage, explore the islands by sailing boat and savour local, seasonal cuisine.
